  1. Accella Technologies provides the service to the users on the second-class platform of local and head office in engineering service system.
  2. Accella Technologies is planning to establish 10 local technological support centers nationwide.
  3. The users may directly contact local technological support center to request service in effective way, like telephone¡¢fax and e-mail.
  4. In head office, the experienced senior technological support engineers and senior engineers in R&D department organize remote technological support center to give the help, on duty around the clock to help local technological support center solve technological challenges

Quality Assurance

  1. Assure that the equipments running on-line accord with the international and domestic standards and technological regulations for the users£»
  2. Assure of the conformance of the equipment software running on-line£»
  3. Commit responsible for the perfection and upgrading of the software£»
  4. Product quality assurance within warranty period£ºThe users shall send a trained qualified person to maintain the equipments according to maintenance manual. If any defect in the hardware or software provided by the company, we will be responsible for replacement for free. If any equipment damage for circumstances of Force Majeur, like fire¡¢flood¡¢electro-magnetic interference¡¢strong lightning strike and strong current, we are responsible for repairing, but the users afford the fees.
  5. Product quality assurance after warranty period expires£ºassure of continuing to provide equipment repairing and maintenance, and being responsible for the perfection and upgrading of the software. The two parties may sign technological service agreement on the mould¡¢content and fees for guarantee.
